What follows is pastoral, not academic — short, theologically honest answers to the questions we hear most. Each one sits next to the scripture it leans on, points to a related episode on the dial, and links to today's daily-devotional page for further listening.
Guided prayer is prayer with a voice. A narrator walks you through words to pray — slowly enough that you can pray them with your own breath, with silences between the lines so you can linger with the line that catches you.
Meditation in the Christian tradition is broader; it can be silent, breath-led, or a long attentive wait on a single scripture or thought. LGCP-FM's guided recordings thread the needle between the two: the narrator gives shape and rhythm (guided prayer), but each prayer is short enough and quiet enough that you can also rest in the silence around it (meditation). The aim is not to fill the room with words but to give you something to pray beside.
